Theme Entry : Black RoseBreathing Deeply, the words just don't come.  Walking Backwards, hoping to find where I was.  Holding Hands, heart skipping beats two through one.  Finding Strength, to not destroy this moment.

Theme Entry : Orange ChocolateIf you could record the sounds of the hallway:  snares dropping, voices humming, pin drop quiet.  Orange sticks hurried into pockets  raining on the ground like coffee beans  in an empty Starbucks.  Eyes freeze silently  staring down humiliations throat.  Tears are forgotten  mocking the cold gossips  swirling throughout the cesspool.  An orange puff dances above  brown and black and blonde sea  of raised whispers adrift in cacophony.  The chocolate melts in plaited skirt,  a face flames bright cherry. As last Thursday was St. Valentine's Day I think, and I hope you'll agree, that it's appropriate for us to have 'Love' as our theme for the week.

Submit your love themed poetry using the usual rules, two entries per member. You can submit old and new pieces but make sure they're your favourites. You don't have to submit 'happy' poetry; bitter and angry are more than welcome. All the conflicting emotions of love are relevant.
